Building apps for 3 or more WordPress sites at once? You’re either running an agency or operating a portfolio. Either way, the math changes:

Is $399 really one-time? No hidden recurring fees?
Yes. $399 covers building both iOS and Android apps, every Appress feature, full App Store + Google Play submission support, and all future updates. There are no recurring Appress fees. The only ongoing costs are Apple’s $99/year Developer Program fee (paid to Apple, not us) and your existing WordPress hosting.
What if I need a 2nd app later — different WordPress site?
$399 again for the new site. The $399 is per WordPress site, not per Appress account. You can build apps for unlimited WordPress sites; each site is a separate $399 fee. Multi-site discounts kick in starting at 3 sites — see the section above.
Do I get a refund if Apple or Google rejects my app?
We don’t issue refunds because we don’t take the $399 until you’ve successfully shipped to at least one store. The flow is: free Preview → you decide to ship → we handle submission → we collect $399 only once your first app is approved and live. If you can’t ship for reasons outside our control (e.g., your business model violates Apple’s policies in a way we can’t fix), you haven’t paid us anything.
How long does the full shipping process take?
From decision to ship to live in both stores is typically 5–10 business days for a standard WordPress site. Apple review usually takes 24–48 hours per submission; Google Play review takes 2–7 days for first submissions. Rejection-fix cycles add time, but we handle them — you don’t have to learn Apple’s guideline 4.0 or Google Play’s content policy.
What WordPress sites does Appress work with?
Any WordPress site. We have first-class integrations for the major themes and builders: Voxel theme, Bricks Builder, Avada theme, Elementor, WooCommerce. If you’re on a custom theme or another builder (Oxygen, Breakdance, GeneratePress, Astra, Bricks, etc.), the core integration still works — only the deep theme-specific widgets vary.
Can I pay in EUR / GBP / VND instead of USD?
Yes. Checkout supports automatic currency conversion via Stripe — you’ll see your local currency equivalent at checkout. The underlying price is USD $399, your bank converts at the live rate. We also accept SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, and other EU payment methods in addition to credit cards.
What’s the difference between Preview (free) and Ship ($399)?
Preview shows you what your app looks like and feels like, running natively on your phone via the Appress Preview app. It’s the same code, same features, same backend connection. The only thing Preview doesn’t do is generate a standalone .ipa / .aab that you can submit to the App Store. Ship adds that final compilation step plus full submission support. Translation: use Preview free to validate the idea; pay $399 when you’re committed to shipping.
What’s covered by “lifetime updates”?
Every new Appress feature we release, every iOS/Android OS compatibility update (e.g., adapting to iOS 19 changes), every native library security update, every bug fix. You receive updates by re-running the Appress build and re-submitting (which we help with). There’s no version-locked tier — paying $399 in 2026 gives you Appress 2030 features when 2030 arrives.
